Refund and Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your order for standard stock at any time prior to pick-up or delivery. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancelable, depending on the circumstance, please inquire at the time of payment. Non-stock, custom, or special orders may incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on the source. You can return your standard stocking purchase up to 30 business from the date of invoice.  Proof of purchase from OK Lumber Company is required for all returns.  Final Sale Products such as clearance items, used equipment, and most custom or special-order products cannot be returned.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received, except that all cash purchases will be made via corporate check to the customer and address listed on the original invoice. If returned merchandise requires testing or verification of operation, then credit may be delayed until complete. When returning a product please do the following: Include a copy of the original invoice. For house accounts, a note with the original invoice number, purchase date, and product item code, may be sufficient. Items must be unused and in new condition.            

Delivery and Shipping Policy                                   

Deliveries are available upon request. Deliveries will be scheduled based on order details, location, and driver availability. All cash deliveries must be prepaid, COD is not available. We do not promise delivery times, but the day of the delivery we can give an approximate window. We are not responsible for labor costs incurred due to delayed delivery. A delivery charge will be quoted before the transaction is complete. We are not responsible for deliveries beyond the curb. Customers are not allowed on our company vehicles. Our driver will drop the load and is not responsible for waiting on job site logistics.  

Privacy Policy 

O.K. Lumber Company is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. When it comes to our customers’ personal information, we don’t sell, rent, or share it with any third party. Oklumbercompany.com (“Site”) is owned, operated, and maintained by O.K. Lumber Company Inc. To make sure your personal information stays private, the information we collect through this Site is used only in the way and for the purpose described in this Privacy Policy. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.  You agree that O.K. Lumber Company Inc. may change the terms and conditions under which this site is offered at any time and without notice to you.

Payment Processing  

Online payments can be made by you with a credit card only.  Online payments can be made on O.K. Lumber accounts if you register your account to the Customer Portal and you establish a password. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discovery.  Debit cards that can be used as charge cards will be accepted. O.K. Lumber website has information encryption capabilities that offer reliable protection from unauthorized access and provide cardholders with the safest way to pay online.  Email is a non-secure way of transmitting information and should not be used to transmit card account numbers or other sensitive information. Customers picking up orders at one of our locations can also pay by cash.
